Pinch me!  I’m so excited to share Megan’s Bridal Portrait session.  Megan and Caleb hold many “firsts” for me as a photographer.  My first proposal.  My first Bridal Portrait Session.  And, my first, ever, full wedding.

Megan chose to have her Bridal Portrait session at their wedding venue, Windy Hill Wedding Barn, which is located in Simpsonville, SC.  My soul needed the drive to the Upstate.  After a long four months of not traveling due to the pandemic, it just felt so great to hit the road.  And the icing on the cake was that we had a perfect blue sky on that June day!  Seeing the venue before the wedding was a huge win for me, too!

Chiffon dresses were made for twirling

Megan found her gown at downtown Charleston’s Magnolia Bride and it was absolutely gorgeous on her!  The deep plunge and illusion back were so beautiful and the best part: her dress twirled like a dream!  My favorite photos from Megan’s Bridal Portrait session were the images of her twirling in her gown.  It really was so much fun getting to see Megan again and her bridal portrait session had me even more excited about her and Caleb’s wedding day!  At this point,  I’m thinking “the twirl” may just become one of my signature bridal photos!
